Q: Do I need to book for any classes?
A: No. You can just turn up to any class.
Q: How much are the classes?
A: The price for each class is Β£8.00 per person. I do also have βClass Passesβ, where you can pay in advance for x5 or x10 classes, at a reduced price, but do see the βPrices/Offersβ section on this website, for full details!
Q: Do you accept card payments?
A: Yes (or cash) β see βHow To Payβ page on this website.
Q: How early should I arrive for my first class?
A: On your first visit, do try to arrive at least 5 minutes early, so I can have a quick chat with you and assess any possible issues/conditions and what you can do/may not be able to do.

A: Yes. All levels are catered for.
Q: Are men welcome?
A: Of course. My classes are for all, including both women AND men.
Q: What if I have a minor condition (e.g. short/long-term/permanent injury) and I would like to attend a class?
A: As long as your GP, or other health professional, has cleared you to do the class, then do get in touch with me first so we can have a chat about any condition you might have, so that I can establish whether the class you are interested in, is suitable for you.
Q: Are mats provided?
A: No. I do ask that participants bring their own mats (and blocks if you feel you need one). However, if you donβt have one at first, donβt let that stop you, as I always carry a few spares and you can use one of these until you get one.
I can also sell you a (good condition) second hand, yoga mat (let me know in advance!) for Β£5.00 β pink or light blue.
I also have second hand Yoga bricks (orange or dark grey) for sale at Β£5.00 each and also second hand Pilates blocks (light blue or dark grey), also for Β£5.00 each.

A: No, but you can change in the toilets if needed.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Loose, comfortable clothing, which will also allow you to move freely.
