Recorded Classes:
💰 Price for any recorded yoga or pilates class will be the same as attendance at an ONLINE live class - £6.00 - with the usual method of payment, which is via bank transfer (see ‘How To Book’, section, on this website, for full details, or just ask).
⚠️ Once you have paid, please do specify which class you are paying for, e.g. ‘Saturday Yoga’, ‘Wednesday Pilates’ etc.
📧 You will then be emailed the ZOOM link for the class, which you either ‘click’ on (on your device), or copy and paste into your browser, if using a laptop. It will take you straight into the class.
📅 ⏳ All yoga classes and pilates classes will have an expiry date of 7 days, from the timetable date. They should therefore be used within 7 days of the date of the class, which will be in the title of the email, you will be sent.
🙋🏻♀️🙋🏼♂️ You can always ask BEFORE a class, for a link to be sent to you for a certain class, after it has finished. ZOOM seems to be quite fast at uploading classes, although it might depend on my schedule (e.g. if teaching a class immediately afterwards), as to how soon I can email the link. I’ll always endeavour to prioritise it though! 🙋🏽♂️

📹 Recorded classes are perfect for those who are unable to attend my timetabled, ‘live’ classes, or just need a little more flexibility and would prefer to do the class at a more convenient time.
